Happy New Year 2026! Another year is upon us, and I’m excited to share that my weekly workout routine is still going strong! 💪 I've managed to shed over 15 pounds, but it’s not just the workouts that have made a difference; I've also shifted my eating habits. 🍏 I've cut back on bread and sugar, and I’ve added more water and yogurt to my snacks. 🥤🍦 It’s all about finding what works for me! Over the past six months, I've been attending my classes regularly and have built some amazing friendships with my workout buddies. 🤗 We motivate each other to show up every week, which makes all the difference.
